The Wiltshire Men’s Over 45s tennis team have enjoyed an outstanding season, winning Division 2B and earning promotion to the top tier of competition. Their campaign began with two closely contested away victories, defeating both Sussex and Cambridgeshire by 3–2 margins. Building on that strong start, Wiltshire proved dominant on home soil, recording a 5–0 win against Norfolk and a 4–1 victory over Bedfordshire.
Across the season, a total of seven players represented the county, each making a vital contribution to this success. The consistent run of results reflects not only the quality within the squad, but also the determination and team spirit shown throughout the season. Winning the division and gaining promotion to the top division is a significant achievement, and a proud moment for Wiltshire Tennis.
